HEART PROJECT |  | |||
H.E.A.R.T. stands for Heritage, Environment, Art and Rural Tourism.
It is a cross-border initiative managed jointly by Strabane District Council
and Donegal County Council, and will see a total of twelve towns and villages
undergo significant heritage and environmental regeneration.
The Project has three main elements and each participating town/village will
receive each of the following:
· Environmental Improvement Scheme (Including signage)
· Shop Front Improvement Scheme
· Public Art Scheme
A heritage trail will be developed across the participating towns/villages, with
emphasis on public art and local historical significance.
